IEDC-Bled School of Management puts a significant stress on learning from the arts, since for creative leadership a creative environment is essential. Therefore, art as an inspiration for leaders and managers as well as learning gleaned from other professions are special features of the IEDC teaching approach.
The School is an Art Gallery in itself: the IEDC buildings and the park along the school exhibit over 200 art works created by renowned Slovenian and international painters and sculptors. Thus IEDC is becoming a place where participants, professors, employees and visitors can enjoy the best examples of modern and contemporary art works.
