IEDC provides a quality, intensive management education for executives and high-potential young managers, to keep them abreast of the latest trends and developments in management practice and thinking, to support businesses operating across national boundaries, and to provide them with a meeting place with colleagues from all over the world.
The structure of IEDC’s educational programs is designed to accommodate world-class teaching inputs by resident and non-resident professors. Close cooperation with numerous local and international management consultants contributes to successful interlinking and interaction of contemporary management theory and practice.
IEDC has adopted a two-tier autonomous governance: institutional and academic. The Supervisory Board oversees the institutional governance, while the Academic Advisory Council oversees academic governance. Additionally, the Art Advisory Council assures that the concept of »creative environment for creative leadership« is being continuously implemented.
IEDC is supported by leading national and international companies and organizations, is an active — and often leading — member of various international associations, and collaborates with some of the world’s top business schools.
