Fee

2,900 EUR per person (*for a group of 15 people)

Participation costs cover accommodation in Stellenbosch and Cape Town, transfers to/from airport and during the trip, program organization costs, materials, refreshments, certain organized group meals and sightseeing tours. The fee does not cover travel to/from South Africa to your country of residence, a number of lunches and dinners and transport after hours.

About Organisers

The Leadership Discovery Week is organized by the IEDC-Bled School of Management and the University of Stellenbosch Business School. The latter one offers a wide range of internationally accredited management and leadership programmes. USB is recognised as a top school in the international business school network and it is well known for its focus on sustainable development. It was the first school from an African university to receive all three international accreditations.

The Stellenbosch Business School and the IEDC share the same mission: responsible leadership and sustainable development. The current Leadership Discover Week will combine a series of lectures by renowned faculty: prof. Arnold Smit is a globally known expert on sustainable development, prof. Morne Mostert on strategy for the future, and many others. South Africa is a case study of complexity, diversity, agility, country of great contradictions (but also great leaders), rapid economic growth and exceptional beauty.
