Dr. Fatzer is the Director of Trias Institute, a Swiss personal developemnt services company which is one of the leading European providers of coaching for executives, as well as of training in the area of coaching.
Dr. Fatzer graduated in Psychology from IAP Zurich and obtained his PhD in Education and Social Psychology from University of Zurich, Switzerland. He worked as Visiting Scholar at several univeresities in USA, including UCLA, MIT and Harvard.
Dr. Fatzer served as Gestalt and Management Coach for many companies in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, USA and several African countries. His industry experience spans wide range of manufacturing and service businesses, including automotive, airline, banking and consulting. Along with coaching, his expertise covers team development, action learning, intercultural projects, joint ventures, corproate culture and leadership.
Dr. Fatzer is a prolific author, who published nine books and many articles in his area of expertise.
