Advanced Management Program (AMP) is designed to improve the overall level of management and leadership knowledge and skills. It is structured in three 7-days modules spread over three months.
AMP is intended for managers who are moving from a functional to strategic level of their responsibilities and identified by their companies as having the potential to take over more senior positions.
Gives a good overview of all key areas of management and prepares the participants for broader responsibilities.
