Curriculum

AMP is delivered in compact, modular form over the period of three months, allowing for the participation of busy managers. It maximizes participants’ learning experience through a combination of traditional lectures, real-world industry examples, and small group work on a range of case scenarios.

The program is further fine-tuned to the needs of managers from South-East Europe. A special emphasis will be given to crisis management.
