Participants’ profile

The GMP class is very diverse group of managers. A typical program consists of 30 to 50 managers, representing 5 to 10 nationalities and a range of functional backgrounds and industry experiences. On average participants are in their late 30s and have at least 3 years of management experience.

GMP participants are rapidly-rising middle-level managers, as well as talented young managers with relevant work experience, who are in transition phases of their careers: moving from specialist to more general, strategic responsibilities.
