About the Program
The Advanced Management Program (AMP) is designed to improve the overall level of management and leadership knowledge and skills of the participants. The result of the program is a personal transformation allowing the participants to be more effective in their jobs after completing the program as well as more easily continue with their personal development in the future.
The AMP program design is bringing together IEDC experience in the area of customized programs, with more than 500 programs developed for corporate partners around the globe. The program is further fine-tuned to the needs of managers from South-East Europe. It is delivered in compact, modular form over the period of four months, allowing for the participation of busy managers.

Participants
The IEDC AMP is typically attended by individuals who are:
- coming from South East Europe or having business interests in that region
- having diverse educational and professional backgrounds, coming from different industries but typically from medium size or larger companies
- moving from a role of a successful functional specialist to the role of manager
- talented middle-positioned managers
- managers taking over general management roles with broader responsibilities
- managers with the potential to move to a higher management level, possibly with a wider international perspective
