The IEDC International Summer Schools are designed for young participants, who want to spend part of their summer holidays in the picturesque town of Bled to broaden their knowledge on management issues and meet new friends from all over the world. They are held in English and organized in two types: the first type is intended for young managers and professionals who have already begun their careers, while the second targets young graduates who are about to finish their studies and have not yet acquired any working experience.
- Young Managers Program
The two-week program targets young potential managers who have recently assumed management positions, provides them with a broader view of the main fields of management and enhances their managerial skills and practice. The program takes place in July.
- Discover Management Program
The nine-day seminar for young university graduates (just graduated or soon to graduate) with diverse educational backgrounds who wish to gain an insight into managerial concepts and practice before taking on their first positions of employment. The program takes place in July.
