| PARTICIPANTS |
- Young managers with up to 10 years of work experience, who are at the beginning of their managerial careers.
- YMP classes are highly international; YMP Alumni come from 48 countries.

- A combination of case studies, discussions, role-play and group work.
- Applying newly-learned concepts to practical business situations.
- Sharing of experiences and building of professional and personal networks.
