the lecture?

Our strategies have in the last two and a half years being exposed to an extreme test of resilience. While governments stepped in support of business, majority of the burden was, and will remain to be, on the shoulders of the companies. Looking at what made some of them fail and others prosper in such circumstances, we came to a number of insights which will be shared during the lecture. Some of them include:

• Understanding the industry dynamics in volatile demand and supply conditions is critical
• Business models have to change fast and at the same time remain consistent
• Superior customer value creation stays pivotal, but can come from different sources
• Leading execution was always integral part of the strategy; in current situation it is much more demanding but offers huge potential for strategic differentiation
