Craig is the President of ORTalent, a boutique consulting practice based in the US and UK focused on leadership transformation.

He specialises in helping organisations ensure they have the right leaders in the right place at the right time. In over 15 years of consulting large, complex organizations, Craig has designed and led the delivery of multiple, enterprise-wide assessment and development projects to support leadership selection, development and succession planning.

He completed his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 1998 and started out his career working in adult mental health in the UK.  In 2004, he joined ORConsulting, a psychology-led consulting practice specialising in leadership and senior team development. Over his career, Craig has worked around the world with leaders and their teams across a range of sectors including airlines, banking and finance, defence, the automotive sector, utilities, oil and gas, Federal Government, Formula One racing and pharmaceuticals. 

He established ORTalent in the UK to focus on OR’s leadership assessment practice. In 2012 he relocated to Washington, DC to establish the US business. He is a Charterted Psychologist, a licensed practitioner of psychometric testing, a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a regular speaker at HR and industry events.
