Žiga is as a Senior Manager in the Advisory – Deals department at PwC Slovenia, with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, including numerous M&A transactions, restructuring projects, and asset management.

He started his career as a financial analyst in brokerage firms before joining the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC), where he was responsible for managing the divestment of BAMC's equity holdings and loans, as well as leading its restructuring and asset management department. At PwC, Žiga is a member of the Deals team, focusing on transaction-related services offered by PwC Svetovanje.

Žiga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance). He has successfully completed all three CFA examinations and is progressing toward becoming a CFA charter-holder.
