Dr. Anna-Maria Karl is Director of Practice Group “HR Executives” in the Executive Search area and is on the management team of Kienbaum's Female Desk. She works on CHRO and partner searches as well as advisory projects in various sectors and industries. She focuses on high level transformation projects in the areas of HR and professional services. She has a profound knowledge in all aspects of talent management, executive coaching, cultural transformation and diversity. She serves as a member to several academic institutions and appears frequently as a speaker at international conferences.

Anna-Maria, who holds a doctorate in law, worked for Daimler AG for 25 years in various management positions in Legal and HR, most recently as Head of Global Talent Sourcing. In 2020, she moved to the HR and management consultancy Kienbaum.
