Aymeric Royere is Novartis Slovenia Country President and General Manager of Innovative Medicines Slovenia. In his 20-year career at Novartis, he has held various commercial and leadership roles in many parts of the world. He began his career in France, in marketing with his first product launch experience in Neuroscience. His journey then took him to Australia, where he had experience across several commercial positions, in sales, marketing and in strategy, leading various therapeutic areas and playing a significant role in implementing a new business model. He then continued his career in Novartis global team in Basel, where he played a key role in the launch of a key Novartis priority medicine in Rheumatology. Before coming to Slovenia, he led the cardiovascular business in Belgium and was also the Head of Commercial Excellence department.  

Aymeric holds a master's degree in biochemistry from the Paris XI – Orsay University and a master's degree in marketing management and pharmaceutical industry law from the Bordeaux 2 – Victor Segalen University.
