Gregor has more than 10 years of experience in the field of working with people inside organizations. Almost half of his career he was working in Mercator's disability company. He is constantly working in FMCG and retail, and at the beginning of his career, he had the opportunity to work in the international environment (Aldi Group). In 2015-2019, he served as Director of Human Resources and Organization at Mercator, d.d. Since June 2019 he has been in new industry, FMCG, in the role of HR director and management team of Pivovarna Lasko Union, d.o.o. (Part of Heineken Company). Otherwise, he is a lawyer by profession.

From the beginning of 2016, he is the President of the Trade Section and the head of the Negotiating Group for the Collective Agreement on wholesales and trade at the Association of Employers of Slovenia. He is also active in several working groups of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce, especially in the field of labor legislation. Since July 2017, he has also been the President of the Board of the Slovenian Human Resources Association. He is also an active member of the Young Leaders Club at the American Chamber of Commerce Slovenia.
