MSc. Mateja Tišler, BSc Psychology, MBA is a Human Resources Director at Ljubljanske mlekarne and a member of the Lactalis Slovenia group.

Awarded with HR Manager of the Year 2022 award, GV Planet and the Slovenian HR Association. Actively involved in:
• Employers association Slovenia (President of the Agriculture, Food and Forestry Section, member of the Managing Board),
• Chamber of Commerce (member of the Managing Board, Strategic Council for HR, collective agreement negotiations).
• Member of the Slovenian HR Association and the Manager Association.

Mateja has 24 years of experience in the HR field in international companies (Coca-Cola, Goodyear, Danfoss, Mercator). At Ljubljanske mlekarne, she leads a team of 12 people across HR, general affairs, and health & safety, supporting 630 employees. She brings the HR strategy of inclusion and proximity to life by setting an example for her team, which drives improvement solutions from professional expertise and genuine engagement with employees. At the same time, they inspire ambitious goals, broaden horizons, drive change, foster innovation, develop modern tools, and digitalize processes, thereby supporting the company’s success.
