Mateja Tišler, MSc, is Director of Human Resources at Ljubljanske mlekarne, part of the Lactalis Group. She holds an undergraduate and Master’s degrees in psychology, an MBA, and is completing specialization in psychotherapy.

With over 20 years of HR experience, she leads a 12-member HR team responsible for general affairs, and health & safety for over 600 employees. Her leadership promotes inclusion, connection, and innovation, aligning people development with business success.

She was named HR Manager of the Year 2022 by GV Planet and the Slovenian HR Association. Among her key initiatives in Ljubljanske mlekarne are The Power is in Connecting (recipient of the “Mega Inspiration” award), Dairy Academy, Connect & Grow, LM Caffe, Talent Pool, and Feel Well.

Mateja is committed to building a culture of integrity, open leadership, and courageous decision-making, grounded in the company’s values: Ambitious, Committed, and Simple. She actively contributes to national HR and industry development as President of the Section for Agriculture, Food Industry and Forestry at the Employers' Association of Slovenia, Vice Chair of the Strategic HR Council, and member of several sectoral and academic strategic councils.
