Nika is an experienced Manager in
the Tax department of PwC Slovenia with vast experience in the area of
corporate taxation, due diligence projects, M&A and transfer pricing.
Nika holds a Master Degree from the
Faculty of Economics (International Master of Business Administration) and
Master Degree from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana.
Her main fields of expertise include
advising on areas of domestic and international taxation. Throughout her
career, she has led and participated in various tax due diligence projects and
other large portfolio transactions in Slovenia supporting clients both on the
sell and buy side.
As part of her role within PwC, she
collaborates on client engagements that address complex tax issues arising from
business operations, restructurings and regulatory requirements. She works
closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically robust and
practical solutions tailored to client needs.
In
addition to her client work, Nika actively participates in knowledge sharing
and professional education initiatives. She has contributed to university level
programmes and professional events, including guest lectures on international
taxation, supporting the connection between academic knowledge and professional
practice. She is also an author of various articles published in the journal
Davčno-finančna praksa.
