Mendota Invest d.o.o., a part of OTP Group, responsible for leading and
coordinating all legal and compliance matters for the Emonika project, a
prominent mixed-use development.

compliance, risk management, data privacy, and employment law. Accomplished in
leading and managing teams, projects, and business units, with a focus on sales
growth, digitalization and customer satisfaction.
Graduated "cum laude" from Law University in
Ljubljana and gained initial professional experience as an attorney-at-law in a
leading Slovene commercial law firm, specializing in corporate and commercial
law. Further professional competences were acquired as a legal director and
director of property management in a prominent regional company focused on
commercial real estate and logistics.
