Croatian Managers' and Entrepreneurs' Association, CROMA, led by Ms. Danijela Milić, IEDC MBA Alumna organized a webinar on the influence of top managers on the management of the sales function, which plays a crucial role in achieving long-term business results of the company. The webinar was led by the famous Slovenian consultant Dr. Amadea Dobovišek, Director and Owner of Publi Una d.o.o. from Ljubljana and IEDC alumna.
After the lecture, Mr. Zoran Simunić, Owner and Director of the Croatian company Naše klasje d.o.o., also IEDC MBA graduate and recipient of CROMA award for the best Croatian entrepreneur in 2019 joined the conversation. Using the practical example of his company, on which they collaborated, the consultant and her guest showed how top managers can best influence sales management and thus enable the most efficient implementation of marketing strategies.
