Bled (Slovenia) February 15 2017: IEDC welcomed 35 HR managers from Slovenia at the HR brunch event, where Prof. Nenad Filipović gave a lecture on “The Role of HR in the Process of Company (Digital) Transformation”.
In his lecture Prof. Filipović addresed the following questions: How should strategic management act in cooperation with HR to maintain the competitiveness of organizations and respond to new challenges in time? Is “digital transformation” just a new fad in managerial terminology, while in reality it follows the established rules of strategic changes? How does a specific context of the company affect the preparation of business and HR strategy related to “digital” issues?
IEDC recently launched its first HR Brunch with an idea to give the HR managers a possibility to gain cutting edge practical knowledge, discuss the relevant issues and network with colleagues and peers.
