Bled and Ljubljana (Slovenia): For the fourth time, IEDC is a proud partner of the unique media-research project called The Golden Thread (Zlata nit).
IEDC is a partner of 2015 Golden Thread - project run by a daily newspaper Dnevnik -, which is for already ten years promoting and awarding best employers in Slovenia. It is widely agreed that people are a company's most important asset and a source of competitive advantage. The researh behind the project Golden Thread shows and prooves why the human resources department must be considered a company's most valuable strategic function.
This year we have taken this cooperation to the higher level: Vice Dean for Research and Director of PhD studies, IEDC, Dr. Ian Sutherland is the keynote speaker of the conference Zlata nit, taking place on 24th of March in Ljubljana. His lecture is titled 'HR to the front. Motivate yourself and others'.
