All participating teams were national winners of the Case Study Competitions organized earlier in 2025 by their respective IEDC Alumni Clubs.
During the competition, teams were given 24 hours to analyze and propose innovative solutions to a challenging real-life business case. Their results were evaluated by an expert jury composed of Prof. Brane Kalpič, Zdravka Škugor, and Viktorija Radojević Mavrič.
The winning team of the IEDC International CSC 2025 is Petrol Croatia, represented by Josipa Gracin, Adrian Onorato, Monika Dumbović, Denis Haurdić, Jure Bartol, and Lucija Boko.
The jury also awarded Crnogorska Komercijalna Banka (Montenegro) a Special Prize for Best Team Spirit, recognizing their exceptional collaboration and enthusiasm.
All participating teams have been awarded attendance at the 1-day seminar on Decision Making led by Prof. Nenad Filipović at IEDC–Bled School of Management.
The International Case Study Competition is one of IEDC’s longest-standing initiatives that connects and develops emerging leaders from across Central and Eastern Europe. It provides participants with a unique opportunity to demonstrate analytical skills, teamwork, and strategic thinking in a real-world context.
