About the seminar

Leading for High Performance is part of a series of three seminars offered under the scope of the Advanced Management Program - AMP. The seminar can be taken separately or as a part of the whole AMP.

The AMP module I helps participants understand their own leadership journey and how to effectively lead diverse teams, how to build leadership character by developing self-awareness and enhancing leadership identity. The module allows learning outcomes of the course to align with participants’ own leadership journey and assists them to be actively involved in mapping a leadership path and to lead teams for optimal performance.
