About the Seminar
Strategy Audit: Meeting Challenges - Driving the Corporate Agenda is part of a series of four seminars offered in the scope of the Senior Leadership Program. The seminar can be taken separately or as a part of the whole Leadership Program.
This two-day seminar offers a congruent set of analytical tools to assess four major senior management concerns: what drives the success, sustainability, and exportability of a business unit strategy; what creates and what diminishes corporate added value; which broader socioeconomic, technological, or broadly defined regulatory trends require immediate action and where would postponing decisions be a better move; how to avoid the six well-documented yet frequently observed pitfalls of senior decision
makers management?
Participants are coached in applying the learning to their own business and organizational contexts and are asked to present high-level findings to faculty and classmates for feedback and discussion. Confidentiality is assured.
