Sanjay is a Professor and Programme Head for the Executive MBA and the Full-time MBA at the School of Management, Mahindra University. He has extensive experience in academia and has managed and launched several programmes, especially targeted at executives. He has served on the Board of the Executive MBA Council in the USA.

In his previous organisation, Indian School of Business (ISB), where he worked for close to 16 long years, he has designed and launched the Global Executive MBA (PGPMAX), the Weekend Executive MBA (PGPPRO), the Family Business MBA (PGPMFAB) and the Doctorate in Business Administration equivalent (EFPM). He also laid the basic foundation for many other programmes.

Prior to ISB, he has held responsibilities for UCLA-NUS Executive MBA, NUS Executive MBA, Part-time MBA & Full-time MBA at NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. He has also worked in the areas of corporate governance including launching of the Singapore Corporate Governance Awards, as a business head in third party logistics, trading and consumer durables retail along with an initial stint in retail banking.

Sanjay has also co-authored book chapters and several cases studies, which are used in business schools & corporate academies across the world. He has also been a speaker and panellist in various seminars and conferences.
