On this occasion, Prof. Xiaobo WU will hold a lecture on C Theory: Innovation Management Crossing the Cycles.

Based on his pioneering researches in innovation and strategic management, for more than three decades, Prof WU proposed the “C Theory” ten years ago. The C not only stands for China, but even more, it stands for Crossing the technological Cycles, and with several keywords with c as the first letter, such as chaos, compromising, complementarity, co-create, co-construction, co-share, and co-win.

C Theory explores the non-linear dynamics of innovation management during the technological paradigm shift, which has not been sufficiently addressed in the mainstream of innovation management, most people are working in one technological cycle subconsciously. Specially, in this era of faster technology upgrading, understanding the dynamics, and applying adequate innovation management modes is critical to technological leadership.
