This lecture will provide an executive-level overview of business transformation methodologies, addressing both internal and external considerations to ensure continued success.  These methodologies are considered best practices and have achieved major results throughout the United States government as well as the private sector. The use of digital and emerging technologies, such as cloud commuting, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and data analytics to enable transformation will be a key theme throughout the lecture.  The lecture will also touch upon leveraging transformation initiatives to meet corporate sustainability goals and will highlight key case studies.

Participation fee

Event is sponsored by IEDC Alumni club Slovenia. If you register and don't attend the event, we will need to charge you 50€.
