About the professor:

Nadya ZhexembayevaNadya Zhexembayeva, Ph.D., teaches leadership, organizational behavior and sustainability at IEDC- Bled School of Management, Slovenia. She is also an Associate Director for International Networks at the Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit of the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, USA, where she has earned her doctorate degree in Organizational Behavior. Currently, Dr. Zhexembayeva’s research, teaching, and consulting centers around leadership, organizational design, change management, whole-system approaches to managing multi-stakeholder issues, and sustainability as business strategy.
