The IEDC closely follows not only business developments but also latest innovative HR practices, striving to bring the best practitioners, researches and HR management practice thought leaders together for an interactive, discussion-reach event.

About the Forum

The Annual HR forum this year will be unique in two ways: first, the topics addressing the post-pandemic working models, new culture and required actions will be presented. Second, it will take place in a beautiful premises of IEDC-Bled School of Management in a picturesque resort of Bled.

The HR Forum entitled “The Post Pandemic HR: Redesign of work, learning and reskilling” will feature diverse and interesting keynotes and panelists who will share:

  • how they have been facing the challenges of digitalization in HR
  • how the working models have changed
  • what works and what doesn’t
  • and present their best practices.

The Forum provides excellent networking opportunities to connect with speakers, experts and attendees.
