Interactive Element: Participants map one key material stream in their business and identify hotspots for redesign, reuse, or value recovery.
Workshop B: Leadership Without Authority and Responsible Wealth Creation
Facilitated by dr. Saša Bavec, United Heartbeats
As a broader framework, the moderator will draw on the concepts of stewardship and responsible wealth creation, and how this way of thinking can be realized on a large and complex scale—while also highlighting that these are principles that are fully applicable in the day-to-day operations of companies, teams, and individuals.
In practice, the most significant shifts—both within companies and more broadly—often do not arise from formal power, but from individuals or small groups who can clearly define their purpose, craft a compelling narrative, and gradually draw others in.
The workshop will be structured as a combination of a brief introduction and, above all, active participation by attendees through guided reflection and practical application.
