Leadership Wellbeing
Modern-day business challenges place a lot of demands on the leadership. What are those? We will not only talk about them, but also about the elements of job vitality and what can we do as HR professionals to improve leaders' well-being: what tools can we use to deal with crises as a leader, how to build resilience to lead more effectively and how else can we appy the elements of leadership well-being.
