" Strategies in times of big changes”

We are constantly being bombarded with news on political and economic turbulences, digital innovation, climate change and disruptive social inequality. While they may make interesting reading, for business people they may also mean the need to reshape their company’s strategy. How is the flux in our business environment correlated with the strategic thinking we should practice?  Should we change the way we prepare our strategies? Are there any particular elements of business models, which prove more resilient to the changes and likely to bring business success? We shall look at these questions and more to get the flavor of Strategy course at IEDC-Bled School of Management Executive MBA program.
