"Market Analysis for Brand Positioning

This is not an ordinary lecture. Professor Joe Pons will work with the audience by using a real business case that all registered participants will be required to read in advance. Case method is used throughout business schools curriculums and the primary purpose of it is to place the participants into the role of the decision-makers equipped with information complete and incomplete of challenges and constraints that real business, non-governmental or governmental organizations face.

This time Prof. Pons’ masterclass will focus on the topic of “Market Analysis for Brand Positioning”. The case chosen will revolve around the strategic and marketing challenges associated with the proposed launch of a new product by a leading product manufacturer. Case issues are related to project acceptance (or not) and the product positioning, branding, marketing, sales, and distribution decisions that would be needed to make this product launch successful.
