Dr. Goran Milenković is an independent management consultant. Until 2010 he was the European Sales Director for DHL Express. DHL is the global leader in international transportation and logistics with operations in 220 countries. DHL products cover express, air and ocean freight, overland transport, contract logistic solutions as well as international mail services. DHL is a brand of Deutsche Post World Net. In 2007 the DPWN group generated revenues of more than € 63 billion.
Goran has been an international manager for 20 years with experience in marketing and sales, business development, operations, international project management, and general management. During his career he managed both small and large teams and organizations in both stable and turbulent market situations.
He regularly contributes to executive development courses. His research and teaching interests focus on crisis management and the management of radical change. He has written several papers and case studies on causes of organizational crises, the crisis life cycle, and early warning signals.
He has lived in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Henley Management College in the UK, a Master’s Degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the Belgrade University in Serbia.
