Dr. Anna-Maria Karl is Head of Global Talent Sourcing at Daimler since 2015 which comprises the responsibility for University Relations, Talent Scouting, Employer Branding, Digital HR Marketing and the global executive trainee program “INspire – the Leaders’ Lab”. After she studied law in Munich, Hamburg, Geneva and Ann Arbor, Michigan, she joined Daimler in 1995. During her career at Daimler she was Head of Legal of smart, Diversity Officer of Mercedes-Benz, Founder of the CSR-Initiative “Genius – the young knowledge community of Daimler” and responsible for “Academic Education”.
