Eva Rihter is the Head of Sustainable Development and one of the successors in Rihter d.o.o., with a strong academic background. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems and her Master’s degree in International Business from DOBA Faculty Maribor. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies with a research focus on Innovations in Leadership in Medium-Sized Family Businesses.

In addition to her formal education, Eva holds a range of professional certifications and trainings reflecting her continuous commitment to professional development. She is a regular speaker at round tables, industry discussions, and expert panels, where she shares insights on leadership, innovation, sustainability, and the evolving role of family businesses in the global economy.
