Ivan Bartulović serves as Member of the Management Board and Chief Human Resources Officer in Hrvatski Telekom, leading Croatian telecommunication company and part of Deutsche Telekom Group.

During his 15 years long professional career, Ivan gained experience working as a financial consultant in Privredna banka Zagreb from where he moved to the position of Executive Director of Strategic Human Resources in CEMEX Group, global manufacturer of building materials, being responsible for operations in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Serbia.

Before joining Hrvatski Telekom, Ivan worked in A1 Group as Member of Leadership Team and Senior Director of Human Resources & Corporate Communications for business segments in Croatia and Macedonia.

He graduated in Business Economics from the Faculty of Economics in Split where he also gained master's degree in Financial Management. Ivan also holds the double degree MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany and EADA Business School in Spain. During his MBA, he also studied at Georgetown University in USA and Lingnan University in China. Harvard Business School was the next step where he specialized in the area of Organizational Transformations.
