Klaudia holds an MA degree in Romance Languages (Sociolinguistics and Media Science) and a BA in Communication and Media Science (Content marketing, TV and radio journalism). Before founding WisR Klaudia worked as a producer and a dialect coach in the film industry. WisR connects motivated young retirees and experienced silver experts with companies who want to invest in the future. The main goal is bringing back experienced silver talents into the labour market that suffers from skill mismatch and labour shortage due to an ageing population.
