Klemen has 16 years of experience at various management levels in the telecom industry, 5 years of experience in management consulting for the largest Slovenian companies and 1 year of experience in a scale-up company in the healthcare software industry. Until recently Klemen was working Head of M&A in Cosylab and has just joined the team of insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav as an Executive Co-Director for  Digitalization and User Experience.

Working in different environments and companies has given Klemen the opportunity to get familiar with different business structures, organizational levels, process management approaches and most importantly what works and what does not in order to develop solutions suitable for companies based on their maturity level and planned strategy.

His work has given him experience in leading small and large teams, as a project manager and business developer, especially in an environment where strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to think creatively and strategically, and the ability to influence and negotiate with others are required.
