Matic Vošnjak is a partner and director at the consulting firm Competo, with over 15 years of experience in strategic management, human resources systems development, and executive search and selection. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana, completed the EMBA program at Cotrugli Business School, and is currently pursuing a PhD in HRM at Rushford Business School in Switzerland. He began his career as a team leader and early on focused on researching effective and inclusive leadership, which he now transfers to clients through strategic projects and training. At Competo, he leads projects in the search and selection of top management, employer branding, competency models, organizational diagnostics, and the assessment and development of leaders. His work is based on an individualized approach, an understanding of organizational culture, and strategic partnerships with clients in the development of people and organizations.
