Ana Struna Bregar is CEO of the business association CER Sustainable Business Network since 2017. She graduated in architecture and has twice received the highest state Plečnik Award. She gained knowledge in the field of sustainable management at the University of Cambridge and Yale School of Management. In 2022, CER developed the tool and certificate for the implementation of sustainable principles in business – Green Star. With the Green Star project, CER became national winners of the European Commission's competition for promoting sustainable entrepreneurship and qualified for the European international final. CER has twice received the award for promoting energy efficiency by magazine Finance. Ana is a member of the Women Climate Network at the European Investment Bank and the EU Commission's Team Direct Europe network of experts. She is also a member of the Commission for Sustainability in Sport at the Olympic Committee of Slovenia, the Urban Beekeepers Association, and the Ikenobo School of Japanese Ikebana Art, combining her love of nature and art.
