Nina Potisek is an HR and legal expert with over 25 years of experience in management and consulting. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Ljubljana and passed the state bar exam. She has completed her education as a Coach (Level 2 - ICF-Accredited Coaching Education).

She began her career at Petrol Group in the legal department, continuing as director of quality and safety, director of the legal department, and executive director for human resources, law, sustainable development, quality, and safety. Since 2020, she has been a partner at Allumen in Partnerji, and since 2021, she has been a partner and director of organizational, systems, and people development at Competo d.o.o.

She has extensive experience in preparing and implementing reorganisations and process optimisations, human resources strategies, setting salary models, preparing systematisations and reward systems, establishing promotion models and succession systems and talent development. Within M&A projects, she covered the HR part, and in the post-merger integration phase, she covered the HR part and organizational culture. She is also very active in the field of management training and in the field of search and selection as a consultant for management and members of supervisory boards.
