Starting her career path in 2003, she has excelled in HR roles at Lidl Slovenija and GEM motors, focusing on recruitment, development strategy, and talent management. Her tenure at Adecco Group enhanced her expertise in labor relations and HR practices. Sara's academic background is from the University of Maribor, specializing in organizational sciences.
