Expert in business intelligence, finance, risk management, audit and accounting with more than 17 years of experience in consulting and international and regional companies. She holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and an MBA from IEDC Business School. She holds a professional title of auditor. 

She started her career at Deloitte in the audit department. She continued her career in Pro Plus (Pop TV and Kanal A) as an internal auditor and later as Head of Controlling and Accounting. In 2008, she joined the Petrol Group, where she led the Group's reporting, and was later promoted to Executive Director of Finance, Information and Risk. Since 2020, she has been a Partner and Senior Consultant at Allumen Partners. 

In addition to numerous M&A and status transformation projects, where she mainly covered the financial and coordination aspects of the projects, during her tenure at Petrol, Tadeja modernised the integrated risk management system. From May 2021 to January 2023, she managed the Alfi Kids Group companies (Babycenter and Pikapolonica) in the framework of the post-merger integration project of these groups in Slovenia, Croatia and Macedonia.
