Vesna Vodopivec is Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development at NLB d.d. She has joined the bank in 2011 as a Human Resources Director with main responsibilities of planning and implementing human resources strategy, developing and coaching of employees and change management, in both NLB Group strategic and non-strategic companies in the region. After completing the reorganization of NLB d.d. in March 2015, she took over HR Management of the entire NLB Group. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of NLB Komercijalna banka Beograd and of Supervisory Board of N Banka.

She is a renowned lecturer of Management and organization at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana and of Human Resource Management and Organization at the IBS-international business school in Ljubljana, as well as at many domestic and international business and HR conferences. 

HR function in NLB has changed heavily under her leadership and became a strategic partner to NLB’s Management Board. Amongst other notable awards, in 2014 the bank received Family Friendly Company Certificate and in 2016 a Top Employer Certificate, both of which it has held ever since. Vesna was also awarded by Slovenian Association for Quality and Excellence (EFQM) in November 2014 and with the title of HR manager of the year in Slovenia in 2015.
