Business breakfast led by Dr. Nenad Filipović, Academic Director, IEDC, inspired around 80 participants who came to learn about talent development and leadership.
This interactional lecture emphases some of the most valuable lessons of recognition, rewarding and motivation of employees. »Remember, your attitude determines your altitude,« stresses Dr. Filipović. The participants shared some of their experiences on the topic, for example ‘boss should always praise colleagues in front of everybody, however boss never criticizes it in front of the entire department’.
