Greenlands, UK, July 2023: IEDC researcher and DBA candidate Elnura Irmatova presented her work on the "Developing Leadership Capacity Conference" hosted by Henley Business School in the UK.
In her research "Humanization of Leadership Education: The Leader Identity Development Meta Framework " Elnura suggests introducing into the business practice and education a structured approach for developing leaders.
In such a way, leadership development would become a life-long development journey and we would have a chance to build a theory-informed practice.
It would be useful for strategic HR initiatives and leadership educators.
This framework would help to develop humanistic leaders who create a freedom centric culture and responsible businesses.
People would feel the meaning and purpose of the work they are doing and feel motivated.
The research was prepared as part of the work within the NLB Chair in Leadership Development at IEDC.
