On Friday, September 3, 2021, we celebrated at IEDC the conclusion of GROW modular management development program, designed for Pivovarna Laško Union and being delivered in blended format from November 2019 till the end of 2021.
During an inspiration graduation ceremony, comprising of the address of IEDC President Prof. Dr. Danica Purg, Pivovarna Laško Union President Mr. Zooullis Mina, Program Director Dr. Nenad Filipović and HR Director Gregor Rajšp, the participants had a chance to remember many nice moments from the program and reflect on the learnings and outcomes.
»You will lead the company into the future«, was one of the leading thoughts of Mr. Mina's address and has additionally motivated the participants to continue to »grow together« under strong support from their managers who were all also present at the graduation to celebrate the success of their team members.
