Bucharest (Romania), November 2021: IEDC Alumni Club Romania organized a 5th edition of ARC Conferences with 4 CEOs who spoke about “Business growth during pandemics”.
The invited CEOs were: Ms. Elisabeta Moraru, Country Manager Google Romania; Ms. Mona Neagoe, our Alumna, Partner at Pedersen and Partners Executive Search, Head of Professional Services division for CEE; Ms. Monalisa Ungureanu, CEO Agrii Romania (leaders in agribusiness, employing 400 people only in Romania and are part of Origin Group from UK); Ms. Ramona Jurubiță, Country Managing Partner for Romania and Republic of Moldova, KPMG.
The meeting was moderated by President of IEDC Alumni Club Romania, Mr. Cristian Gheorghe, Managing Partner Nexus Consulting International.
As a special guest, Prof. Danica Purg gave an insight on Hidden Champions in Slovenia and Romania and their strengths in innovation and the Romanian speakers talked about the importance of leadership and about having the right organisational culture for those who win in these times, stressing the importance of people orientation (competencies, personal objectives, emotions).
It was a vivid, intense, informal and very smart conversation and all guests enjoyed it very much.
